I have been resisting the urge to create a blog for a long time, in fear of not actually having anything to write about. I do, however, and 140 characters on twitter does not suffice anymore. So I have decided that my posts will consist of brutally honest, serious issues and thoughts but also trivial and, mostly, uninteresting ramblings because recently I have taken to paper and pen to distract myself from the world and to express my beliefs, which I had never when I was younger, and I think I've used enough paper in the 18 years that I have, for the most part, regretfully graced this earth. So perhaps this dull, introductory post should include a few facts about myself: I am 18, studying my A-levels, have a copper shine to my hair which people have mistaken for ginger (and been bullied for it). I have been bullied and I say I never gave a fuck and still don't but it must have an impact on me to some degree. I tend to swear although I hate it. I don't believe in religion. A pessemist and self-doubter but believer in others. I don't listen to music in the charts but adore music from Rachmaninov to Born Ruffians to Jeff Buckley to Eminem. My favourite films consist of A Shawshank Redemption,Breakfast on Pluto and Perks of Being A Wallflower. I am very lost, as of late and maybe have been always. I enjoy going on walks abd absorbing my environment,whether it be a train station or forest. I am up for a conversation about anything.
